At Wristwit, We firmly believe in the quality of our products and are confident that you will enjoy the experience provided by our genuine leather watch straps.Should you, for any reason, feel dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following guidelines.

Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage. Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale. |

All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer valid or refund processing is not feasible, we will contact you via hello@Wristwit.com. Once the returned item is received, inspected, and meets our return conditions, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please be aware that bank processing times may vary, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. |
Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Within 30 days of purchase, please email us at hello@Wristwit.com to initiate a return. We will confirm your return request and provide you with the appropriate return address.

Prepare your return: Make sure our products are in "new" condition with all tags intact, no stains, marks, human or pet hair, odors or signs of washing. Return in the original packaging.

Return Shipment: The return shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to guarantee the safe return of the product.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
- Down comforters are non-returnable unless there is a size error.
- Promotional items (including those purchased with discount codes and coupons) and gift cards are non-returnable. For example, products purchased using a discount code like WW15 are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
Exchange Process

Contact Customer Service: If you need to exchange an item, email us at hello@Wristwit.com with the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange it for.

Return the Original Item: You will need to return the item to our warehouse in its original packaging and condition, whether the order has been shipped or not.

Cover Shipping Costs: All shipping costs incurred during the exchange process are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
Order Cancellation & Address Change
- We can not guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or items in an order.
- No changes can be made to the address for orders that have already been shipped.If you need to change your delivery address, we recommend that you contact the courier to assist in updating the delivery address.
- After your order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us at hello@Wristwit.com If you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped, please return your items for a return for a full refund.
- If we are unable to change your order, you may return the items from your original order. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refused Delivery Orders
Refunds are not available for orders marked as "refused delivery" by our shipping partners or for subjective reasons without prior written authorization.
Refund Due to Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for losses incurred due to reshipment, self-address modifications, or incorrect delivery information leading to "non-receipt" or "lost items." Refunds for these reasons are not supported.
